Today the leading products of Forno di Germano are many and appreciated: from traditional salty products, such as focaccia, cheese focaccia, pizza, farinata and vegetable and rice cakes, to desserts, such as Meringata, Pandolce basso. and high Genoese and Ciambellone, typical Genoese, also made only with natural mother yeast, a dessert that has ancient origins, excellent to accompany a hearty breakfast but also alongside spicy cheeses. The love for artisanal production and the ancient art of making bread and sweets is our greatest heritage.
Our pastry
We produce pastry in an artisanal, good and healthy way, with a constant commitment to quality. We create pastry works in all its forms, from single portions to cakes, which are interpretations of classic Italian and local cakes: some examples are Pinolata, a typical Ligurian, Meringue, tarts with jam or chocolate, and a wide range of leavened products, both the daily ones for breakfast and the great classics for special occasions ... and our dry biscuits. We have always used natural mother yeast, which we have kept alive for many years, constantly feeding and kneading it. This is a fundamental aspect of our work, which allows us to keep faith with our corporate mission.
The brioches are made only with butter, sugar, eggs and flour, they do not contain hydrogenated fats and that is why they are incredibly light and digestible. We also produce brioches with organic wholemeal flour. In addition to the daily production of sweet and savory, we offer sweet cakes, completely handmade, customized for all special occasions: birthdays, graduations, baptisms, weddings, and all the others ... and our Christmas panettone and pandoro, doves and Easter eggs . We love to combine a unique design with the authenticity of raw materials, which is why every detail is modeled by hand.

We produce biscuits that are born from traditional recipes, maintaining high attention to the choice of raw materials, to always guarantee quality, flavor and authenticity and sometimes with a touch of originality.
Some of our biscuits are: Anicini, Brutti ma buona, Baci di dama, Cantucci (traditional, with fruit and with pears and chocolate), Caporali, Gocce di Varese, Ruette, the newly born Limonetti, in addition to the renowned Amaretti dei Fieschi® .

Da noi vi potete fermare, oltre che per una buona colazione dolce o salata, anche per uno snack veloce e gustoso, nonché genuino, un pranzo o una merenda, un aperitivo, un apericena o un dopo-cena. I due punti vendita di Brugnato, oltre che panificio e pasticceria, sono anche caffetteria e lounge bar, in cui vogliamo offrire ai nostri clienti un servizio il più completo possibile. I nostri prodotti salati sono soprattutto i grandi classici della tradizione: focaccia, focaccia al formaggio, pizza, farinata e torte di verdura e di riso... e molto altro...
